What is glamping?

Glamping is a type of camping but with Luxuries like a real soft bed, comfortable sheets, heat and air, chairs to sit on and of course plug ins.

What do i need to do at my home for the outdoor tent to be set up?

25 ft diameter clearance on grass for the tent and the stakes. Be aware of any underground lines, including sprinklers. Have an outdoor outlet available for electricity to the tent.

When is setup and take down?

Set up will scheduled during consultation a week prior to set up.

Do you charge a delivery fee and taxes?

We delivery 25 miles from Harrisburg, ar free of charge. After then it is $1.50 per mile to and from for delivery and pick up. State, county and rental tax does apply.

What happens if it rains or we have bad weather?

Our outdoor tents are able to withstand water and are waterproof. We strive to put safety first and will reschedule with you if there is a threat of high winds, severe storms or tornados.

What is your cancellation policy?

Payments are due day of booking. Refunds are available at 100% up to 14 days prior. After 14 days, a refund of 75% is given. No refunds will be given 7 days or less before the event.

What size are the indoor teepee beds ?

We have two size options available. A cot size 2ft by 4ft and twin size mattress 2.5 ft by 6ft.
